Curtis Byron

Curtis Byron was raised in Redding, California since 1959. He’s watched Redding grow into the community it is today and is proud to call it home. Curtis has been married to his wife Debbie for over 20 years and has a 20-year-old daughter, Taylor, and a 12-year-old son, Jake.

Curtis followed his father Jack Byron into the business, who started Jack Byron insurance in 1959 before forming SFI Insurance in 1985. Curtis himself has been licensed to sell insurance since 1982 and celebrates 30 years in the insurance business. He left a prior agency in 1993 and formed Siskiyou Insurance because he felt insurance was becoming too impersonal and wanted to keep customer service first and foremost. He is proud to say that tradition continues at Siskiyou Insurance.

Having over 30 years experience in the business has allowed Curtis to offer a broad base of knowledge on all lines of insurance products. Mr. Byron has served on many agency counsels to help the insurance companies become more client-oriented and to offer products more suited to this area.

Ralph Amero

Ralph Amero entered into the insurance industry in 1977, working for Cal-Farm Insurance Company writing personal & commercial insurance. In 1985 he became an independent insurance agent. In 1988 Ralph began specializing in Garage and Used Car Dealer Insurance and continues in that field to this day. Ralph has a strong working knowledge in the construction insurance field, workers compensation, and in retail and wholesale businesses. He is licensed in both California and Oregon.

Ralph obtained the professional designation of AAI (Accredited Advisor in Insurance) in 1992.

Ralph has been married to his lovely wife, Elsie, for 43 years, has two grown children, (one in the insurance business) and five adorable grandchildren. In leisure time Ralph likes going RV-ing in Brookings, Oregon, attending car shows & spending time with his wife.

Paul Gerboth

Paul‘s value to you will be the 28 years of experience in Insurance / Financial Services industry. In addition Paul has 30 plus years of successful business ownership. He started a Coca Cola Distributorship from scratch in the San Francisco bay Area and has had other successful ventures to draw knowledge for the benefit of his business minded / commercial clients. Gregg Green

Gregg Green has 24 years of experience in personal lines insurance. A Shasta county resident since 1988, Gregg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana.

Gregg wants his clients to have an understanding and awareness of what their policy does and doesn’t do as well as what overall risks are involved. Quite often he strongly recommends that a client or prospective client not buy or replace an existing policy. Gregg believes that communication is the key element.

Nicole Gonzalez

Born and raised in the Redding area Nicole represents the next generation of insurance professionals. As our personal lines Representative Nicole is here to assist you with your personal auto and homeowners policies. If you would like to add a vehicle, make a payment or change your mortgagee, Nicole is your go to person.

Donna Klostermann

With 30 years plus of insurance experience, Donna is now handling the accounting aspects for Siskiyou Insurance Services, but if you have any insurance questions, please contact her as her goal is to give the best customer service as possible!
